琐事起争执，八旬老太被儿子殴打后身亡

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">10日上午10时许，记者来到和苑新居。说起小区内发生的事，一名老太太的脸上还有些惊恐。“听说是我们楼上一个老太太死在家里了，儿子已经被警察带走了！”这名老太太告诉记者，去世的老人今年有八十多岁，平时为人很好。“见谁都打招呼。”</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">据周围的邻居介绍，事情发生在9日晚上，周围的邻居都没有听到任何声响。“早上的时候我还看到死者的儿子，我就问他，他母亲去哪了。这小子穿着一个黑衣服说他母亲已经死了，态度有些冷漠。”一名邻居告诉记者，之后就有警车来到现场，将死者的儿子带走了。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">一户居民告诉记者，死者的儿子喜欢喝酒，并且经常喝。“家中时不时就会传出该男子打骂母亲的声音，很大的声音，整座楼都能听到，老太太的声音太小，我们听不见。”</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">据一名居民介绍说，死者的儿子一直单身，没有结婚。以前的时候都是老太太下楼帮儿子打酒，但年前老太太不慎摔伤了腿，儿子就只能下楼打酒了。“因为酗酒，她儿子精神状态时好时坏，也不太爱与人交流。50多岁的人了，特别的瘦，没钱买酒了就打骂他母亲，真是太气人了！”</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">10日下午天桥公安通报，2017年5月10日上午8时许，泺口派出所接到王某锋(男，54岁)报警称：称其母亲黄某兰(女，80岁)被其殴打后死于和苑新区家中。接到报警后，警方赶到现场，经过调查，9日王某峰因家庭琐事与黄某兰发生争执，多次对黄某兰进行殴打；10日凌晨，王某锋发现黄某兰死亡。目前，王某锋因涉嫌故意伤害罪被天桥警方依法刑事拘留。案件正在进一步调查中。</p>
