@重庆人 说出你的民生实事“金点子”

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">本次征集的内容为与人民群众生产、生活密切相关的重点民生实事项目，可以是当前人民群众“急难愁盼”的具体问题，也可以是完善解决民生问题的体制机制。主要包括教育、医疗卫生、创业就业、社会保障、交通出行、住房保障、“一老一小”、文化体育、公共安全等涉及群众切身利益的民生事项。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">征集意见有四点要求：</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">一是突出普惠性</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">建议事项应着眼全体市民福祉，突出公共属性，群众关注度高、民生关联度大、受益面广。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">二是体现实效性</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">建议事项应着眼最突出的群众问题，关注最具体的民生工作，项目实施能让群众看得见、摸得着、易感知、得实惠。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">三是注重可行性</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">建议事项应立足我市发展实际，原则上当年可完成或取得明显阶段性成效。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">四是目标可量化</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">建议事项应有清晰明确的年度定量目标，便于监督、考核、评价。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">市民可通过市发展改革委官网下载填写《重庆市2022年重点民生实事建议征集表》，可通过以下多种途径反馈至市发展改革委社会处。</p>
